Magical Halo Contest!

If you’ve read any of the exciting Wind Dancers books, you’ll know that each of the Wind Dancers has their own magical halo. If you could have your own magical halo, what would it be made of? Shooting stars? Green clover? Or maybe something entirely different! Let your imagination take flight and dream up something fantastical, then send us an email with a picture of your magical halo surrounding you to be eligible to win a Kona Wind Dancers model and Kona’s If Wishes Were Horses book!

HOW TO ENTER:
1. Draw a picture of yourself with your own magical halo surrounding you
2. Submit a digital photograph or scanned image of your picture
3. Include your name, mailing address, telephone number, age and email address with your submission. Please use My Magical Halo as the email subject.
4. Submit your entry by EMAIL with My Magical Halo in the subject line to winddancers@reevesintl.com by April 5, 2009 11:59 PM ET. Entries must be received by email in order to be accepted.By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by the following contest rules.

OFFICIAL RULES
1. Contest begins March 19, 2009 and ends April 5, 2009. All entries must be received via email at winddancers@reevesintl.com no later than April 5, 2009 at 11:59 PM ET. No other method of entry will be accepted.
2. The contest is open to legal U.S. residents ages 14 years and younger. Children of the employees of Breyer Animal Creations, a division of Reeves International, are not eligible to enter.
3. All entries must be original and entirely created by the entrant. Entries must be created by hand using colored pencils, crayons, markers, paint or a similar medium.
4. Limit one winner per household.
5. Your entry must include your name, age, address, telephone number, e-mail address and magical halo picture submission. Any entries missing the above requirements will be immediately disqualified. All entries must be submitted in English.
6. Some submissions may be posted on the Wind Dancers blog (www.breyerwinddancers.blogspot.com). This does not guarantee that they are or will be the First Place Prize Winner.
7. All entries become the property of Breyer Animal Creations® (“Sponsor”) and may be used or reproduced without additional consent or compensation, and will not be acknowledged or returned. Breyer Animal Creations® and Reeves International, Inc. are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries.
8. One First Place Prize will be awarded. The First Place Prize Winner will be listed on the Wind Dancers blog (www.breyerwinddancers.blogspot.com) on or after April 6, 2009. Total estimated value of prize is $14.95. Sponsor may substitute prize of equal or greater value. Winner will be responsible for any taxes on prizes.
9. Conditions of Entry: By participating in this contest, the prospective First Place Prize Winner and the prospective First Place Prize Winner’s parent or legal guardian shall be obligated to execute a license, release and waiver (Release Agreement) in the form specified by Breyer Animal Creations® in its sole discretion. The Release Agreement will authorize Breyer Animal Creations® to use the name and likeness of the prospective First Place Prize Winner and the prospective First Place Prize Winner’s submission, without compensation other than the Contest Prize. The prospective First Place Prize Winner and the prospective First Place Prize Winner’s parent or legal guardian will be obligated to sign and return the Release Agreement within ten (10) days following notification that the First Place Prize Winner has won. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and selection of another First Place Prize Winner.
10. By participating, the entrant releases the Sponsor from all liabilities with respect to this contest.
11. Entries will be judged by Breyer’s Marketing team. Each entry will be judged on equal parts creativity, use of color and imagination. The First Prize Winner will be decided by the judges in their sole discretion. The decision of the judges will be final and binding in all respects.
12. No purchase necessary to enter or to win. A purchase will not increase your odds of winning. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
